Each year the West Hub asks those who wish to request a space for scheduled teaching sessions to complete an expression of interest form for consideration in the central allocation process. The student registry team are now taking expressions of interest for next year’s centrally allocated teaching at the West Hub. The form can be downloaded here.
Due to its location on the West Campus priority for spaces will be given to West Cambridge site departments; however, we do welcome expressions of interest from across the university. Placement at the West Hub is not guaranteed with a submitted form and is looked at with a holistic approach across the timetabling activity.
Please be aware that even if you have been allocated space with us previously, you will need to place a repeat application for the West Hub and that previously placed teaching is not always guaranteed.
The submission deadline for expressions of interest is Monday 10th April 2023.
