BioCentrum
The School of Biological Sciences has developed a masterplan for transforming the Downing and Old Addenbrooke’s sites into a vibrant, modern hub for learning, teaching and research. A consultative and transparent scoping and design process has ensured that the project responds to the needs of students, lecturers, researchers, and School officials. The BioCentrum plan is the product of sustained dialogue between architects and School academics, and as a result will both respond to and enable innovation in bioscience teaching and research at Cambridge.
